Hi, my name is Joi E. Turner and I am 16 years old. I started Delivering Joi when I was 9 years old. I am a future chef and chemist. I have been cooking since before I could walk and I have learned to love making people happy with my food. I've seen on TV how there are people in other countries that have no food and are struggling but I have also seen in my daily life that there are people like that right here in my neighborhood.
Even though I'm young, I understand that our world has some problems that need to be fixed. One of them is HUNGER. With that in mind, I have mixed my love for cooking with my love for seeing people happy and healthy. I'd like to introduce to you "Delivering Joi", a way that, together, we can help feed our friends and neighbors. I am going to serve 1,000 tasty meals to people in need. These meals all have one thing in common..love is one of the ingredients.
